The Glenealy School PTA Committee is a group of parents of current students who choose to become more involved in the school community. The PTA committee is composed of a Chair, Co-Chair, Honorary Treasurer, Honorary Secretary, Parent Representatives, the Principal and members of the Glenealy teaching staff.
As a parent of a child enrolled in an ESF school, your family is automatically a PTA member and payment of the PTA subscription for each academic year is mandatory.
The PTA will contact you with details about how you can pay your subscription.
One of the things that makes Glenealy such a special school is its sense of community. There are many ways in which you can contribute. Why not become a Class Representative and join the PTA or help at one of the many events and fundraisers held over the course of the year? We welcome all new ideas and thoughts.
There are a couple of options for you to consider:
Become a Class Representative - Volunteering as class representative is a great way to help the school and get to know other parents. Class Representatives are a central contact point between the PTA and your child’s class. Class Representatives volunteer for their role and have a fun job to do. In addition to communicating important information between the PTA and the class, Class Representatives can also organize meet-ups for the parents/caregivers of all students in their class. You will work as a team with a maximum of four per year group. Please complete this form if you wish to put your name forward to be a Class Representative for your child's class.
Join the PTA Committee - Bring your skills, ideas and enthusiasm to the heart of our school community. This highly rewarding role offers the opportunity for you to provide your input and help organise some fantastic events.
