School Terms and Key Dates

The school academic year usually extends from the second week of August to the end of June each year, and is divided into three terms.

When planning family holidays please refer to the School Calendar to ensure your child is not missing valuable learning time.

Please take note of the Glenealy Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Days set aside for teachers, on which the students will not attend school.

Leave outside of School Holidays

If you are intending to take planned leave outside the school holidays, please email the Principal chris.coyle@glenealy.edu.hk or enquiry@glenealy.edu.hk with the details.

Please inform the Principal in writing, via email, if you intend to take your child out of school for any length of time, or if your child will be late back at the start of term. It should be noted that school fees remain payable during any leave of absence. The school does not provide homework for families who choose to take children out of school when the school is officially open for instruction.
