He went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Saint Francis in 2020.
He has a Master of Arts in Teaching program from the University of Saint Francis. When he is not working hard for the future, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Samantha, his son, Henry, and his Basset Hound, named Cooper and his other dog Winnie. Mr. Hammond also enjoys traveling the world. Victor and his wife have been to India and Italy in the past few years, in addition to various states across the country. It is an emphasis for them that they take one international trip at least every two years. They both enjoy the outdoors, going hiking, shooting, gardening, reading nonfiction, and studying history. As well, he enjoys coaching shooting sports in addition to being a learning coach for the ICC. The most interesting thing about him is that he is very self-conscious of other drivers in the rain's windshield wiper pace and rhythm in comparison to his.
