Camerata Orchestra
Our goals in this group will be to develop characteristic, mature sound on our instruments. Additionally, we will work on technical skills to better master the instruments. Music will be chosen to fit the group skill level, targeting grade 3-5 level music.
Students will be able to experience music performance at the large group, small ensemble, and solo level to develop personal performance skills
Opportunities for developing leadership skills will be available
Students are encouraged to audition for and participate in honor and festival orchestras
Students will be guided in their development and preparation for any scholarship opportunities in music in which they could audition
