At GISH we have a vibrant colorguard progam which serves a very important purpose for our marching band program. The colorguard is the visual element of our band, depicting the moods and themes of the marching production. This group is open for any student from grades 9-12 through an audition process.
The colorguard performs at all home football games and competitions with the marching band. The group utilizes dance based movement with and without equipment (flags, rifles, etc.).
The guard is coached by Cassidy Moody, Madison Welker, and Dr. Evan Lee.
