About:
The GISH Orchestra program consists of around 80 students from grades 9-12. Ensembles include the Philharmonic and Camerata Orchestras, with two major concerts (Fall & Spring), a side-by-side with Hasting HS, and various small performance throughout the GI community.
Members of our groups perform with the Hastings and Kearney Symphony Orchestras, and graduates of the GISH Orchestra continue to play after graduation.Â
We believe that music is an essential part of the student school experience. We offer these opportunities to help a student grow, not only as a musician, but as a well rounded person of our future community.
