Spartan Setter Circuit Workout

Warm Up

For this workout, you will need a ball, a mat, a jump rope (or pretend you have one), and weights.
  • Jumping Jacks for 1 minute

  • Slow Burpees 1 minute

  • Elastic Stretching: Light jog with

                • Windmill Arms

                • Arm Circles Forwards

                • Arm Circles Backwards

                • Power Skips

                • Hip Flexor Openors
