Middle Blocker Workouts

There are 3 workouts for each week. Make sure to open the MB Fall Virtual Workout 2020 Google Sheet and track your progress each workout. You have to be logged into your school google account to access the google sheet.

If you don't have weights, jump ropes, a ball, or other equipment at home, get creative! Empty water bottles with sand or dry rice make good dumbbells. If you don't have a jump rope, you can still do the jump rope exercises without one. An 11 is running and touching the sidelines of the volleyball court 11 times. The sidelines are 30 feet apart. GET CREATIVE!!!

If it is important to you, you will find a way to make it work. If it is not important, you will make an excuse. Be a competitor.
