Sports Physicals
You MUST have a current (since May 1st) sports physical on file with GHS before participating in any activity (out of season practice, try-outs, lifting, conditioning, workouts, etc.).
Virtual Workouts
Virtual Workouts are provided for multiple positions. These are extra workouts that Anyone can do, anywhere!

Summer 2024:
Check the calendar to the right for dates for Open Gyms and Workouts. Workouts are open to any girl at EEMS or MEMS entering 7th grade, and any girl at GHS.
This calendar is subject to change. MAKE SURE TO CHECK THIS CALENDAR EACH DAY TO MAKE SURE THERE HAVE BEEN NO CHANGES.
Players must have a current VHSL Sports Physical (has to be dated on or after May 1, 2024) on file at GHS in order to participate in ANY open gym or workout.
Players should bring their own water bottle and indoor/outdoor shoes.
