Warm Up
For this workout, you will need a ball, a mat, a jump rope (or pretend you have one), and weights.Warm Up
- Jumping Jacks for 1 minute
- Slow Burpees 1 minute
- Elastic Stretching: Light jog with
- Windmill Arms
- Arm Circles Forwards
- Arm Circles Backwards
- Power Skips
- Hip Flexor Openors

Circuit 1 (1 minute exercises with 30 seconds rest in between)
- Ball Slam Burpee: 1 Minute
- Wall Sit (both feet on ground): 1 minute
- Jump Rope (Off both feet): 1 minute
- Jump Knee Tucks: 1 minute
Circuit 2 (1 minute exercises with 30 seconds rest in between)
- Burpee Broad Jump: 1 minute
- Alternating Side Lunges with Front Arm Raise: 1 minute
- Jump Rope (One foot): 30 seconds right, 30 seconds left
- Jumping Lunges: 1 minute
Circuit 3 (1 minute exercises with 30 seconds rest in between)
- Burpee Mountain Climbers: 1 minute
- Sumo Squat with Curl: 1 minute
- Lateral Line Jumps: 1 minute
- Rockstar Hops: 1 minute
Circuit 4 (1 minute exercises with 30 seconds rest in between)
- Burpee with one arm: 30 seconds right, 30 seconds left
- Weighted sit up extensions: 1 minute
- Heismans: 1 minute
- Squat Reach Jump: 1 minute
