- Power Skips
- Hip Flexor Openors

- Dumbbell Hang Cleans: 3 sets of 10
- Dumbbell Floor Press: 3 sets of 8
- Dumbbell Squat with Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 8
- Bicep Curls: 3 sets of 10
- Calf Raises with weight held at sides: 2 sets of 20
- Dumbbell Bent Over Raise: 2 sets of 12
- Weighted Side Lunges: 3 sets of 8 EACH SIDE
- Tricep Extensions: 3 sets of 8
- Jump Rope: 2 minutes
- Crunches: 5 sets of 15
- Plank Hold: 2 sets 30 seconds each
