Dumbbell Floor Press: 3 sets of 8
Dumbbell Squat with Shoulder Press: 3 sets of 8
Bicep Curls: 3 sets of 10
Calf Raises with weight held at sides: 2 sets of 20
Dumbbell Bent Over Raise: 2 sets of 12
Weighted Side Lunges: 3 sets of 8 EACH SIDE
Tricep Extensions: 3 sets of 8
Jump Rope: 2 minutes
Crunches: 5 sets of 15
Plank Hold: 2 sets 30 seconds each
