All About Mrs. Ackerman

I am excited to be your child’s Preschool teacher at Towne Meadows Elementary. I have also taught in New York, Colorado, Washington, Texas, and Wyoming.

I was born and raised in New York. I moved to Arizona in 1983. When I married my husband, we started traveling and living in different states. I have lived in pretty places and learned new things wherever I taught!

When I’m not teaching or planning fun activities for us to try in Preschool, I love to travel, read and craft. .

I graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with my Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Special Education. I love to learn and want to share my love of learning with all of my Preschool friends. I’m looking forward to having fun and learning new things with our Preschoolers!
