About Course

Entrepreneurship aims to create products and services that enhance people’s lives. Entrepreneurship is not easy, but it is doable if a necessary process is followed carefully to navigate the entrepreneurial journey successfully. This process involves (1) learning the basics, (2) developing viable business ideas, (3) developing your startup, and (4) scaling your startup for growth. This course focuses on the first three processes from learning to developing your startup. Business is a team activity, therefore, this course enables the participants to understand the importance of team dynamics and to optimize their teams’ effectiveness throughout this course. Therefore, the course aims to:

§ Increase your knowledge of theory and practice in entrepreneurship and new venture creation.

§ Develop your understanding of the learning to development processes of startups.

§ Develop you understanding of the team dynamics in startups.

§ Improve your skills in identifying and evaluating business ideas, writing effective business plans, and pitching ideas effectively to investors
