Spanish Silver Game
Everyone starts with a "Home Base" in Europe, a silver mine, and a ship. Your goal is to trade for as much silk from China as possible. You will have to mine for silver in the Americas, discover more mines, build ports ship silver to Europe, ship silver to China, trade for silk, and ship silk to "Home Base". If at anytime you have more than 200 silver in your "Home Base" you will be fined 50 silver. Whoever has the most silk at the end of the game will win.
Mines
Production: 1 mine : 10 silver / turn
Cost: 10 silver to roll a die, if it is odd you find another silver mine
Ships
Cost: 10 silver
Movement: 25 clicks (200% zoom on map)
Load: 50 silver or 100 silk
Pirate/Attack: Defender rolls dice; if attacker has same number of ships, the attacker has to match the number to win and steal the cargo...if the attacker has twice as many ships their die roll can be one more, one less, or the same as the defender die roll to win the attack and steal the cargo...if the attacker has three times as many ships their die roll can be two more, two less, or the same as the defender die roll to win the attack and steal the cargo...the loser of the battle will get a mark on their ship, and if they get two marks their ship will sink. Your ship has to be touching another ship for it to be part of the attack or defense. If you put silver on a ship, it can't be used for the purchase of anything else (ports, ships, mine exploration, etc.).
Ports
Cost: 50 silver
Ships are safe in a port from opposition attack
A newly built ship can be placed at any port
Ships can be repaired if they dock at any of your ports
Silk
Cost: 2 silver
Must be purchased in China and transported back to Europe for it to count
