This week, we’re diving into splashy play, encouraging reading, and passing along a little kindness. Whether you're at home, in the backyard, or on a trip — we’ve got something bright and easy to try.

💦 Move-It Moment: Splash & Dash

Create your own backyard obstacle course — then add a splash twist!
Use water balloons, a sprinkler, or buckets to cool things down and boost the giggles.
🌊 Bonus: Race against the clock or set family records!

📚 Book Nook: "Saturday" by Oge Mora

This beautiful picture book celebrates how even a not-so-perfect day can be filled with love and connection.

📖 Reading Challenge: Set a Family Reading Goal

How many books can your family read before July? 📚
Create a simple poster or sticker chart to track progress.

🎨 Spark of Creativity: "Summer-in-a-Jar"

Grab an empty jar and let kids fill it with mini summer memories — seashells, ticket stubs, tiny drawings, or notes.
Decorate the lid and write the date.

💛 Kindness Challenge: Cool Treat Surprise

Surprise a neighbor or delivery driver with an ice-cold drink or frozen treat — it’s an easy way to share the summer cheer!
