ITINERARY
We leave from the institute to the train station. https://www.euskotren.eus/eu Institute, to Mundaka station. Next, we will go on foot (5 minutes) to the church of Santa Catalina, where we will give 15 minutes of explanations.
From Santa Catalina, we will walk to Laidatxu beach (10 minutes).
We will pass through Sukarrieta and walk to Busturia. To San Antonio beach (20 minutes.). We will see the hermitage there.
To finish, we will visit the Madariaga Tower, passing through the Axpe neighborhood in Busturia. https://ekoetxea.eus/urdaibai/, (30 minutes walk).
To return to Gernika we will take the train again at station xxx and we will get off at the institute stop.

Saint Catherine Church
The church of Santa Catalina is a hermitage located in the Bizkaia municipality of Mundaka.

Madariaga Tower
The House Torre Madariaga is located in Busturia (Bizkaia), in the area of the Urdabai Biosphere Reserve.
