Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT)

The Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MOT) assists individuals and families who are experiencing a mental health crisis or need immediate assistance obtaining psychiatric care, counseling services, and/or medication. MCOT works closely with EMS, Law Enforcement, area hospitals, schools, and Bluebonnet Trails Community Services. For immediate assistance contact the Crisis hotline at 1-800-841-1255. 

Crisis Text Line

Crisis Text Line is free, 24/7 support for those in crisis. Text "START" to the number 741741 from anywhere in the USA to text with a trained Crisis Counselor.

National Youth Crisis Hotline

Provides counseling and referrals to local drug treatment centers, shelters and counseling services. 1-800-448-4663

The Jason Foundation

Educate yourself about the signs of concern and tools of prevention for youth suicide by visiting The Jason Foundation website. They provide free resources for students, parents, and other trusted adults.

Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration
