Reflection Survey

As part of our commitment to deepening learning and enhancing practical application, we are introducing this Post-Session Reflection Survey to be completed immediately after each content session led by a faculty member, guest speaker, or site visit. This is intended to foster self-reflection, strengthen knowledge retention, and improve content reflection throughout the program.

Purpose & Objectives

The goal of this survey is to:

• Encourage participants to reflect on and articulate their key learnings.

• Promote intentional thinking around how to apply new knowledge to real-world context.

• Provide meaningful feedback to faculty and program staff to support continuous improvement.

• Facilitate structured small group discussions that culminate in shared insights with the entire cohort.
