Niurka Montero holds a degree in Electronics Engineering with a specialization in Digital Systems from USMA (Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua) and an MBA in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing from ULACIT. Convinced that science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) careers are the future for bridging the gender gap, she promotes STEM studies for both girls and boys and actively participates in mentoring programs with NGOs.
Niurka Montero also served as Senior Director of Sales for Central America and the Caribbean at DELL EMC. She is the first woman to lead DELL Panama and is President of the Panamanian-American Chamber of Commerce 2025 (AMCHAM).
