Before you begin to write your script or screenplay it would be beneficial to find out what they are and why it is good to create a plan for your puppet show. Complete the following points:
With your neighbour discuss and then write down on the A4 whiteboards what you think a script is along with what makes a 'good' script. We will then discuss your thoughts with the group.

Watch the second YouTube clip on 'Script to Screen' and mind map the way that Disney brings the script to 'life'. While it is an animation and not a puppet show it will give you an idea of how a script helps the actors and creators work together.

Now comes the time to write your script. This is going to be a collaborative task so open a Google Doc and share it with your team.
Give your script a sensible name - Group Name - Year - Ancient Greek Puppet Shows - Script
Write a script for your puppet show, using the advice from activity one. Try and use different colours for the different characters.
Remember the aim of the project is to inform your peers of your area of expertise, but it can be humorous.
