While you may want to head straight into the designing of your puppets you need to start by making a decision on which aspect of Ancient Greece you want to explore. This needs to be a team decision and not just the decision of one person in the group. Once you have decided on which aspect of Ancient Greece you would like to focus on, you need to undertake research to learn about your chosen area. The research will form the basis for an information page on your team's website (more to come on this). If you have decided to reenact a play then you will need to research the play and the societal components within it (for example daily life). You will document your findings by filling in a copy of the grid below. Decide which team member has the responsibility for copying the document below and sharing it with the team. Your notes can be in the form of bullet points.
As part of this project, you are going to learn how to create a website. On the website, each group will collate all of their research and share the steps they have gone through to put on the puppet show about an aspect of Ancient Greece. Before we get to that point you are going to each learn how to create a website by using the 'Google for Education - Applied Digital Skills - Design a Website to Promote a Project' tutorial. Click on the link below in the 'Useful Resources' box and sign in using your school email address and password.
It is up to each team to decide on the layout and colours they would like to use for their website but there are a number of aspects that each team will need to include.

Photographs of the puppets you have created. You could include photos of your team mates making the puppets but remember to not include their faces due to child protection.
