Student enrollment

1. Application(s) must be received by the central office no later than the 2nd Friday in April for Re-Enrolling Students.

2. New Student Applications will be accepted by the central office until August 1st of the Current year.

3. Parent is responsible for informing the Superintendent’s Office of any change in custody,

address and or telephone.

We are very excited to announce that the Genoa Area Local Schools has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign enrollment, contact and athletic participation forms for your children. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from year-to-year and season-to-season, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.

You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update.

Open the Parent Playbook to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom and click “Use Support”.

We are asking that ALL parents of Genoa Area Local Schools students use FinalForms.

First time users, you will need your students' ID number.

You may get this number from the transportation letter, off your student’s grade card, on progress book OR by calling the building secretary.



Once student fees are applied, student schedules are available online at the ProgressBook Parent Access portal. 

If you do not have access to ProgressBook Access portal, please contact the building secretary.
