Throughout the summer, it’s as important as ever that you take care of your well-being. This webpage has been designed to support both students and parents throughout the summer months. There are projects and activity ideas to encourage positive mental health, self-care and well-being. For example you can learn how to start a bullet journal or mood tracker; practice gratitude and complete acts of kindness; make mindfulness part of your routine and learn new ways to express yourself creatively.
Summer is a great time to start a new routine or habit so we would recommend challenging yourself to complete 1 or 2 of the wellbeing projects for 30 days! Throughout the portal, there is a wealth of information on how to handle different situations that could arise and suggested activities for children and adults to undertake for fun and to support well-being. Explore the site and find the numerous challenges from our counsellors to support students develop understanding of positive mind-set, resilience, emotions and many more topics.
