Economics is the study of scare resources with varying uses. Wants are unlimited, whereas resources are limited so choices have to be made ! This is the basic principle of economics and is the foundation of the syllabus. The 'Above and Beyond' summer programme for Economics provides you with an overview of the course as well as informative tasks relating to microeconomics and macroeconomics. These tasks will help to develop your understanding of these two core elements as well apply your critical thinking and research skills to the economic issues we are facing in the world today.
