What is the Career Conference?

Welcome to the Career Conference at DAA!

The Career Conference is a special event for 10th grade students to explore different career options. Students will get the opportunity to listen to and interact with people involved in various career fields, which will allow them to make a preliminary evaluation on their future aspirations and career paths. The event also intends to help students choose what subjects to take in the future in order to pursue certain programs of study.

Explore different fields; maybe your dream job will no longer be the same as you get older. Try to engage with a variety of our speakers so this experience allows you to consider all possibilities. Remember that you don’t have to choose your job right at this moment. High School is all about exploring your options.

As you take part in the day, don’t be afraid to ask questions!

The speakers will be more than happy to answer them, so try and make a list of questions beforehand that you might want to ask.
