Welcome to the DAA High School course selection website.Â
The curriculum in the High School is an academically challenging pre-university program with an enriched American school curriculum focus in Grades 9 and 10. Students may undertake study in Advanced Placement (AP) courses from Grade 9 onwards.
When students move into Grade 11, they are recommended to make a thorough, informed, and realitic selection of pathway to graduation. Choices here may include a continuation of study in the American High School with added AP courses or undertake study in the IB Diploma Program.
Student and parents are advised to choose the pathway which is best suited to the individual needs, interests, and career or study aspirations of the student.
Dubai American Academy prides itself on providing multiple options to graduation so that all students have the opportunity challenge themselves.Â
All students who graduate DAA leave with the US High School diploma that is accredited by NEASC and CIS.
DAA offers two diploma options:
US High School Diploma
IB Diploma Programme
