Course Selection

Welcome to the DAA High School course selection website.

The curriculum in the High School is an academically challenging pre-university program with an enriched American school curriculum focus in Grades 9 and 10. Students may undertake study in Advanced Placement (AP) courses from Grade 9 onwards.

When students move into Grade 11, they are recommended to make a thorough, informed, and realitic selection of pathway to graduation.  Choices here may include a continuation of study in the American High School with added AP course or undertake study in the IB Diploma Programme.

Student and parents are advised to choose the pathway which is best suited to the individual needs, interests and career or study aspirations of the student.
