remove books to be surveyed; follow steps in SOP 200-015
at PMO website, download to computer to access all forms
complete excel list to list information about each book / equipment for deselection / weeding
*for library books, school librarian may also use Atriuum "List of Deleted Items" that includes GDOE information from original GDOE report of survey listing: adoption year (date acquired?); copyright; ISBN; title of book; {author}; publisher; quantity; reason for survey (check key tab); {holdings barcode; holdings note}; {history action comment; date of action; history action; worker}
information in { } are included in the original Atriuum report and added for school librarian's notes about the book
