Google Drive is an easy way to access your files from anywhere. And fortunately, uploading your files and folders to Google Drive is easy as well!
One easy way to upload files or folders is to simply drag and drop them into Google Drive.
Another way to upload your files or folders is to click the blue "new" button in the upper right hand corner. Choose file upload or folder upload, then choose the desired folder.
CONVERTING WORD/POWERPOINT FILES TO GOOGLE
To convert your Microsoft Word documents to Google Docs, simply double click on the document. Once the preview is open, click on the "Open with Google Docs" option. Google Drive will save that document as a Google Doc. Follow the same process for Microsoft PowerPoints, only click the "open those with Google Slides".
