Try a different computer.
Close out and restart your computer.
Make sure you aren't missing any add-ins that need updating (common for needing in Live Lessons)
If you face the "unauthorized" message in Canvas, try the above, and also try right-clicking on the frame of the message.
If that didn't work, contact your Homeroom teacher or the office.
