Make sure your headset is connected.
Make sure your speakers are not muted. The speaker at the top should be green. Also make sure your computer sound is turned up and not muted.
Logout and come back into class.
Try running the “Audio Setup Wizard”. Go to the “Meeting” button at the top left and then go down to where it says “Audio Setup Wizard”.
Logout and restart your computer.
Try a different browser...if you are using Chrome try Edge or Safari or Firefox.
