Unit: Introduction to Skills, Roles, & Strategies
Introduction: This course provides information regarding exercise and the effects of exercise on the body. It will cover basic and complex movement skills and how to apply them in various games, sports, and performances. California and International Baccalaureate Standards for Physical and Health Education will be the focus of the course unit.
