ABOUT ME

Hello Parents, My name is Adam Ponikvar or Coach P.

I will be teaching 6th - 8th Physical and Health Education at EPIC. I graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a degree in Sociology and a Minor in Athletic Coaching. Before teaching, I was a College Women's Basketball Coach at Long Beach State University, Cosumnes River Junior College, and locally at El Camino High School.

I have been married for 12 years, I have a 7-year-old daughter, and I am looking forward to getting to know your student/s this school year. I love teamwork and competition because it brings students together for a common goal.
