Any GCS entity needing to purchase paid software or access free software for installation must follow this process. Only apps meeting this process have the opportunity to be integrated with Clever per GCS policy and using Google SSO per Google policy.
If the product attaches to data in Infinite Campus, Canvas, or Schoology we are required to follow an additional DPI process. No products purchased at the site level will be integrated into the LMS.
iPad apps for staff may be downloaded to staff iPads using an Apple ID associated with their GCS Email.
Contact your DLF to start the process of working through free/paid Google Apps or Extensions or iPad apps for students.
The Approved Application List will show those free and paid tools that have been vetted.
Sysop or admin can enter the request into One-to-One Plus.
