Movement and recovery
Consistency and mental toughness
Shot selections
Instructions
Controlled rally
Start close to the net then start moving back after 3-5 shots
Your goal is not to miss until you reach the baseline then you start moving to the net again
Do this 3x or more until you get that good feel of hitting the ball a bit harder or softer
Alternate your forehands and backhands as much as you can
Keep your feet moving all times
Instructions
Hit a drop shot to your partner then a lob or you can push them back so that they can lob the ball over you for a defensive shot
Try to make your drop shot bounce 3 times before it crosses the service line
You can do this for 6-8 balls then you switch
You can mix it up by not telling them where you plan to hit your drop shot
Instructions
For the 1st round (Easy level) you only need to hit 10 balls and then you are done. No need to count the shots your partner missed.
Make sure you wait for your partners ball to land on your side before feeding the next one
In the 2nd round (Intermediate level) you can minus 1pt if they miss to make it more challenging this time
The 3rd round should be the hardest, your partner has to hit 10 in a row, so if they miss they go back to zero.
You can also challenge yourself more by trying to hit over the service line or 3/4 of the court, if you miss you lose a point
Instructions
Normal playing points but with conditions, you can serve anywhere and whatever kind of shot you like
You can play 5 points then swap server
This drill practices to take more advantage on your first shot
Be creative by not just smacking the ball hard but also try to position it (for example a high ball to the backhand or a drop shot)
You do not have a second serve so if you miss your crazy serve then you lose the point
