ACSIS - School Team

Whist your in season with your school team you compete in the ACSIS Competition. The is a team competition played against other international schools in Singapore. The format is 3 singles and 2 doubles, with 10 players per team selected. There is usually a round robin format with play-offs during the season and played during team training time. SEASAC - School Team

SEASAC (South East Asia Student Activities Conference) Tennis is played at the end of Season 2, and is a teams event with the top 8 players in the school selected to compete against many of the top International Schools in South East Asia. The format is 3 singles, and 2 doubles, with the alternate player able to play either singles or doubles. Over the past few years Dover have had some excellent results with both the girls and boys finish 1st and 2nd in 2016/17 and 2017/18. 2023/24 girls and boys became champions. 2024/25 girls became champions and boys runner up.

ISB Invitationals

Over the last few years UWCSEA Dover has been lucky enough to be invited to attend the ISB Invitational held in Bangkok. The format is 3 singles, and 2 doubles, with the alternate player able to play either singles or doubles. It a great opportunity for our Varsity and Junior Varsity teams to prepare for SEASAC. Dover became champions both girls and boys last 2 editions.

Singapore Tennis Association (STA) Tournaments

Singapore Tennis Association runs a minimum 3 junior Spex singles and doubles tournaments throughout the year. There are also other junior, intermediate and open events, all of which you register through the STA. All junior events are often held during local school holidays which means they run during school time, and therefore you need to seek permission to miss school time to participate. Junior Team Tennis League (JTTL)

Run by Savitar this is a team tennis league that is run over a 6 week season twice per year. With teams of 6 playing 4 singles and 2 doubles its an excellent way to gain valuable match experience, become part of a team and make new friends. You can make your own team or join as an individual and be placed in a team. All matches are played on the weekend. UWCSEA Dover is one of the main venues for matches.
