Something that everyone has.
Something we can talk about.
It's just as important as physical health.
Requires time for us to nurture and protect.
Something that won't always be easy to manage.
Something to be ashamed about.
A topic that is seen as a sign of weakness.
Something that doesn't affect our lives.
An area of our health we don't need to take care of.
Any less important than physical health.
"If someone wants to call me weak for asking for help, that's their problem. Because I'm saving my own life." ~ Michael Phelps
"I do hope that people can relate and understand it's OK not to be OK, and it's OK to talk about it. There are people who can help, and there's usually light at the end of any tunnel." ~ Naomi Osaka
"To show weakness, we're told, in so many words, is to deserve shame. But I am here to show weakness. And I am not ashamed." ~ Mardy Fish
