At UWCSEA, the Alumni Relations Team is committed to supporting the career development of our students and young graduates. We have created a community of parents, alumni and business partners that facilitates the exchange of career-related knowledge and professional skills through internships, mentoring, company visits, career talks, and networking.
Each year we secure over 100 summer internships in various industries exclusively for our UWCSEA Grade 10, 11, and 12 students, and Undergraduate alum. We will continue strengthen the programme to bring more relevant internship opportunities, both in Singapore and overseas, with virtual, hybrid, or in-person formats to suit your summer plans.
Register on CONNECT, our UWCSEA alumni platform. This platform is exclusively for our alumni community, including former students and teachers, parents of alumni, current teachers, and Grade 10–12 students.
Access the internship listings under 'Jobs and Internships' on CONNECT. Each post includes details of the internship such as eligibility (age, pass and experiences); company description; internship job scope; format (in-person, hybrid, virtual); paid/non-paid, and duration. In the case where the start date is not specified, the intern will have the opportunity to discuss this with the company once the appointment is confirmed.
Carefully review the requirements of each job and choose up to three internships that interest you.
Note: If you are on a dependent or visitor pass without a work permit, please review the eligibility section on the job ad carefully. Requirements for work permits and insurance are determined by the employer.

If you receive more than one confirmation, you may take up multiple internships provided your availability during the summer permits, and the workload is manageable. However, please confirm this with the respective companies first as some may have policies that do not permit their interns to work elsewhere at the same time.
If you decide to decline any of the internships, please email internships@uwcsea.edu.sg immediately so that the opportunity can be offered to other students in the waiting list.
If your availability changes before the deadline, please update your form or contact internships@uwcsea.edu.sg ASAP.
If your availability changes after receiving an appointment, it is not guaranteed that the organisation will still be able to offer you the position. Please write to the contact person at the organisation immediately to discuss your options.
Unless stated in the job description, you are responsible for your own transportation, accommodation, work visa, insurance and any other relevant arrangements. Please discuss this carefully with your parents / guardians before applying.
