RAs/ARAs serve in communities across the Hill and the apartments. RAs/ARAs work towards building a positive community environmen and providing emergency and crisis response to their community.
Program and event management staff work to support events on the Hill. Duties include managing theatrical productions, concerts, large-scale social events, training sessions, and much more.
OAs can be found in every community on the Hill and in Bradley Central. OAs support and assist professional staff with a variety of tasks and projects.
Learning center staff support all aspects of the Learning Centers across the Hill. From the De Neve Learning Center to the Olympic Makerspace, staff support students in their creative and professional pursuits.
Special Project Assistants can range from Hill Treasurers, Research Assistants, and Training Assistants. SPAs support ResLife's organizational development to improve culture and effectiveness.
Study Hall Proctors work with Academics & First Year Experience to supervise and maintain safety in late-night study locations on the Hill.
Project Management Interns support Academics & First Year Experience with a variety of projects such as First Year Field Trips.
CDIs work closely with Resident Assistants and campus partners to support the 14 LLCs on the Hill and in the apartments. CDIs cultivate programs that center around community building and academic and professional development.
Common Experience Interns support the Academics and First Year Experience team within Residential Life to bring this year's theme, “Critical Discourse and Social Impact,” to fruition through research, implementation, and assessment.
On Campus Housing Council staff implements programs across the Hill and work to promote sustainability initiatives across residential communities.
Resident Government Council consists of President and Treasurer representatives from communities across the Hill. RGC works to cultivate building-wide programs and manage community and Hill budgets.
