We welcome reservation requests from UCLA faculty, students, departments, centers, institutes, and recognized campus organizations engaged in DataX-related work. All requests are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis by our Administrative Director and DataX team to ensure alignment with our mission and capacity. We appreciate your understanding if we are not able to approve every request.
Use the Event Space and/or Marketing Request Form if your gathering involves event coordination and or event marketing and promotion to various UCLA audiences (students, staff, faculty, etc.) and external audiences.
Examples: Hosted panels, executive roundtables, research talks, workshops, or DataX-promoted events
Events generally include (but not limited to):
Catering
A/V needs
Event promotion and marketing
Attendee management
Guest parking
DataX staff assistance prior or during the event
Possible funding support or collaboration with DataX
Vendor coordination
