The AUD model shop has two Techno Isel 4' X 8' CNC routers. One router has 6" of Z travel and the other has 12" of Z travel. The routers are operated by technology staff only. Jobs are submitted in advance to shop tech staff for a consultation. Please consult the calendar to see what time slots are available.
Students are encouraged to learn how to generate CNC tool paths on their own. Below you will find relevant materials that will help you with creating cutting paths for your cnc router projects. Shop techs are always on hand to help guide you through the process.
