During the appointment your support needs and course requirements will be discussed.
Provide valid documentation and register with our service.
Let us know who your Kaiako/tutors are, this allows us to follow up to advise that a note taker will be in attendance.
Once registered, our Administrator will arrange a note taker for you.
Notes are received at the end of each timetabled class.
Important: If you are away, please advise your kāiako ahead of time (24 hours minimum). This allows us to reallocate the support kaimahi.
Exam arrangements
Contact Accessibility@toiohomai.ac.nz to book an appointment.
Email in advance (10 days minimum) to advise when you require exam arrangements.
During the appointment your exam arrangements will be discussed.

Let us know who your Kaiako/tutors are, this allows us to follow up to organise a separate space and supervision.
If the exam is online, please let us know if you would prefer to use your own laptop, a school laptop, or a desktop computer, so we can have an appropriate space organised for you.
Important: If you are unable to make the exam or no longer require exam arrangements, please email: accessibility@toiohomai.ac.nz and advise your kāiako ahead of time (24 hours minimum). We can then cancel provision.
