Activity 1- Share

Year End Reflection

Learning Goal: Students will reflect on their experiences by defining a favorite moment from this school year.

On the Padlet linked below, answer the following question:

What was one of the your favorite moments this year?

Share your reflections with your classmates by posting on our Padlet!

Activity 2- Letter to Self

Letters to Self

For this assignment, you are going to send an email to yourself that will be delivered in exactly one year! In the letter, you will simply answer four questions:

  1. We know that everyone's life is different from "normal" right now. How are you feeling with everything that is going on in the world at this moment? Explain the feeling and what is going on.

  2. What is important to you right now?

  3. What is one change that you want to make over the next year? Explain the change and how it will affect your life.

  4. How can you be more true to yourself?

Remember, only you will see these responses because you will be emailing this to yourself through your school google account and scheduling delivery for exactly one year. SO PLEASE BE HONEST AND OPEN WITH YOURSELF!

To see how to schedule an email to be delivered ona specific day/ time, watch this video!

Activity 3- Library

Summer Reading @ the Library

Just because it's summer doesn't mean you have to become illiterate! Join our local public librarians, Donna, Jennifer, and Maggie reading and talking about books all summer.

The Padlet has information on summer reading, book lists, and Book Clubs.

You can participate all summer long, and and can comment on what you've read on the Padlet!

Here's a video on how to sign up for and access library materials and resources: Summer Reading! Book Clubs!
