Throughout my internship, I have learned so much from him, especially in the areas of classroom management, understanding student behavior, and employing effective strategies to capture and maintain students' attention.

Sir Jariol's approach to discipline is both thoughtful and effective. He taught me that sometimes, simply pausing and waiting can encourage students to refocus without the need for direct reprimands. He also advised me to collect students' phones at the beginning of class to minimize distractions and ensure their attention remains on the lesson. These practical techniques have significantly improved my classroom management skills.

Despite facing various challenges during my two-month teaching journey, I have managed to overcome them with resilience, thanks in large part to Sir Jariol's unwavering support.
