As a part of the National FFA Organization, we are dedicated to preparing the next generation of leaders through agricultural education, hands-on learning experiences, and leadership development. Whether you're interested in animals, forestry, research, or community service -- there's a place for you in FFA here at Brookwood.
FFA Membership at Brookwood High School costs $45 per student, per school year. This cost covers the following:
FFA Membership (State Dues)
Bus Fee for Competitions
Snacks & Drinks at FFA Monthly Chapter Meetings
FFA Chapter T-Shirt **(If dues are paid by set date)
Students are NOT required to join FFA to be successful in an agriculture class, however, students who wish to receive graduation accolades and / or compete in CDEs must pay their FFA membership dues. Joining the CTSO provided numerous opportunities for students; if a student does not join FFA, that is OKAY, they just may miss out on some unique experiences! Membership is also required to attend the FFA Day at the Fair in Perry, GA.
