And to finish a few words about The Current River and springs. The Current River slices through most of the thickness of the Salem Plateau to the basement confining layer (Thornberry-Ehrlich, 2016). Here is a view of that basement layer, which here is a lava flow of the Eminence Caldera Volcano from long ago. This is a picture of Rocky Falls, where Rocky Creek flows over that lava at Rocky Falls, a popular feature just south east of Eminence Mo.
