Molino de Espera is a small family-run business that grinds olives in Espera (Cadiz) since 1878. In its fifth generation as olive oil producers, they continue to produce oil with the greatest care and dedication, considering themselves trustees of a century-old tradition. They combine traditional processing techniques with the collection of innovations produced in the sector for the conservation and improvement of their oils.

In Espera, there is a small and narrow stretch of road in the heart of the historic center with a lot of charm, which has always been known as the Alley of Dangers. It features the typical style of the area, with white walls and hanging flowerpots. But now, that alley has become the Alley of Lovers, where anyone can kiss whomever they please: partner, child, mother, father, friend, or even a pet. And on top of that, they can immortalize the moment with a corresponding photo and caption on the wall.
