From November 2021, "Google Site Custom Domain Setting Service" started as an additional service of the mail hosting service provided by Information Technology Center, the UTokyo.
The domain name of Faculty of Economics (https://www.〇〇.e.u-tokyo.ac.jp/) can be set for the Google site managed by ECCS Cloud Email (**@g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp).
The service is not for general Google sites, but for Google sites managed by ECCS Cloud Email.
Faculty domain names cannot be set for already-existing Google sites (including already-existing Google sites managed by ECCS Cloud Email).
If you apply to use Faculty domain name, a new (blank) Google site is created, so please enter the content on it.
Please make sure to put a faculty member of Faculty of Economics in charge.
Please give Computer Services the following items by email (Email : hina [at] e.u-tokyo.ac.jp).
Name of responsible person
Faculty domain name you want to set (It is in the form of https://www.〇〇.e.u-tokyo.ac.jp/.)
Character string at the end of URL you want set (The site can also be accessed in the form of https://sites.google.com/○○.e.u-tokyo.ac.jp/△△. Please give Computer Services the character string of the △△ part.)
Name of site manager (not required if site manager is the same as responsible person)
Site manager's UTokyo Account (the last 10 digit number of Common ID)
As of November 2021, no usage fee is required as a trial service. Sometime in the future, the service contents may change or the service may be fee-charging.
