Advanced Searches allow you to search by:
File type- Photos & Images, PDFs, Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations, Forms, Audio, Videos, Archives (zip), Drawings, Shortcuts, Folders, Sites
Owner- Anyone, Owned by me, Not owned by me, Specific person
File location- Anywhere, My Drive, Shared drives, Shared iwth me, Visible to anyone in Comal ISD, In trash, Starred
Date Modified- Any time, Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days, Custom
Item name- Enter a term that matches part of the file name
Has the words- Enter words found in the file
Shared to- Enter a name or email address
Follow up- Search for items with suggestions or actions needed
Star files you use frequently or want to find quickly. Remove the star from files you are not using much any more.
Color code your folders to make them easily identifiable.
Add a special character or number to the front of a folder name to keep it at the top of the list. Add a Z to the front to drop a folder lower in the list.
Add an emoji to your folder title to quickly distinguish it from others.
The Shared Drive section:
