Navigating your A+ Panel

The Overlay Toolbar floats over every input on the panel. It has some navigation options, program access (when in the Android OS), and tools. Located on either side of the Clear Touch panel screen, simply tap the arrow.

When using the A+ Panel with the Android operating system, the panel functions similarly to a tablet. Drag apps around the screen to reorganize, even placing one app on top of another to create folders. Make several pages of the home screen by dragging an app icon to the right and dropping it on a new page. You can now swipe back and forth between the home screen pages. Press and hold on the background to access widget and wallpaper options.

Accessing Your Apps

Opening Apps

You can find and open your apps 3 different ways:

Swipe up from anywhere on the home screen to open the All Apps menu, which displays all installed applications.
Tap the App Drawer Icon at the bottom of your home screen.
From the overlay toolbar (the floating arrow on either side of the panel). Tap the arrow, select All Apps, and swipe left or right to view additional pages.

When you find one you'd like to use, tap to open the app.

Closing Apps

When you are finished using an app, you can navigate away without closing it. Tap the overlay toolbar to expand it, then select Home to return to the main screen or Back to go back one step.

The app will remain open in the background. To access it again, tap Processes from the overlay toolbar. Select the app to reopen it, or swipe it away to close it completely.

Split Screen

With both apps open, expand the overlay toolbar and select Processes. At the bottom center of the screen, tap Split Screen, then choose your second app.

The apps will display side by side, separated by a divider. You can interact with both apps simultaneously, with support for up to 40 touch points. Drag the divider to adjust the screen proportions, or move it fully to one side to close the app on that side.

Customizing your Home Screen

Shortcuts

For an App: Open the All Apps menu (full version, not the overlay toolbar). Press and drag the desired app to your home screen, then release it in your preferred location.

For a Webpage: Open a browser (such as Chrome) and navigate to the desired website. Select the three-dot menu in the top-right corner, then choose Add to Home screen. Rename the shortcut if desired, then tap Add. You can either drag it to your preferred location or allow it to be placed automatically on the home screen.

Widgets

Widgets display basic information your home screen, such as clocks, weather, calendars, and financial data. To add a widget, press and hold on the blue area of the screen, then select Widgets from the menu. Follow the on-screen prompts and drag the widget into your desired position.

Folders

To create a folder, drag one app or shortcut on top of another, then release to group them together. Tap the folder and select Edit Name to assign a custom name. To add more items, drag them into the folder. To remove an item, drag it out of the folder.
